The Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will spearhead cost management and contractual administration for fit-out projects, ensuring financial efficiency and uncompromised quality. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting, while also overseeing contractual obligations and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, without compromising on the quality of work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8-10 years of Quantity Surveyor experience
• Proficiency in cost estimation software like PlanSwift, AutoCAD
• Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Familiarity with standard contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC3)
